Reference Sheet Commissions

$110 USDA current bestseller, Ref Sheets (Internally known as the RSX Mk.3) are optimized for the "Lati-type" format. However, this format can be adapted to fit other kinds of characters.With total possibility of customization, the main aim is to showcase critical information to draw your character; including 3 separate text sections of essential text to introduce the character's background and relevant aspects to consider when drawing.I have a passion for character design and concept art, and I always try to make sure your OC doesn't look like "just a recolored Latias". These ref sheets will help you define your character while providing precise information to any future commissioners. The RSX Mk.3 has already been used to create other illustrations (and even plushies!) by their respective owners.Backgrounds: neutral grey

Terms of Service

DISCLAIMER: Views expressed in commission works or by clients themselves, or whatever the client does with the commissioned work are not necessarily supported by me or SARTEK Technologies. Such actions belong entirely to their respective commissioners.1) All commissions are digital items, and no physical items will be sent.2) The payment is full upfront and there are no refunds.
- Payment is done through PayPal in USD through invoice.
- Payment is done only once I start working on your commission.
- Time of delivery is around 2-3 weeks (but is usually shorter). In the event of it taking longer, you will be notified prior to the deadline and both parties can agree on an outcome.3)I reserve the right to reject any commissions without justification prior to payment. In the event that a payment was made, they will be refunded.4) The work is for private use only. You cannot commercialize, reproduce, edit, or process through any third-party programs such as AI tools or people without my previous consent.
- You can share it, gift it, use for profile customization, download on any devices and any other personal non-commercial use.
- I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolios, unless stated it is non-shareable.5) Commercial or non-shareable commissions (works that cannot be shared on my social media or used for self promotion) will have an additional charge of 50% from base price.6) Gifted Commissions are understood that the recipient of said gift has the same rights as the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.

Process

TIP: You can send a loose sketch of your idea (in any quality and medium) to have a better understanding of what you want. This speeds up the commission process!
---1) Fill the Request Form provided below (optional).2) After confirmation, and once your commission is ready to begin, the Invoice will be sent and must be done in full via PayPal.3) Screenshots of the process will be sent regularly; you may ask for corrections on the sketch until satisfied.
- Keep corrections within a reasonable limit and try to make them during the sketch phase. Any large corrections after this phase may need to be charged extra.4) After the sketch is complete, the rendering process will begin.5) Full resolution PNG image and CSP file (optional) will be sent after completion through a Google Drive link.Request Form (Optional)

Negotiation and Dispute Resolution

1) Any issues or questions can be discussed directly through the main channel of communication (such as Twitter or Discord.)
- The “main channel of communication” is assumed to be the place where most of the private direct messaging occurs.2) Both parties agree that they are on good will and are founded on mutual trust. Both parties will do to their best of their abilities to cooperate in the completion of the commission. The Terms and Conditions and any additional agreements will be interpreted under the principles of good will.3) You may ask for any changes on the Terms and Conditions, as well as the properties of any of the commissions. I will do my best to meet those requests, but they may also be rejected. Some changes may need to be charged extra.
